Who we are

"Efficient and pragmatic support for your company, delivered by successful leaders."

Our reason for setting up a business like Mück Management Partners in 2007 was the result of a long-term involvement in international companies and consultancy: our experience shows that many companies have difficulties handling matters which are not part of their day-to-day routines, and in-house solutions often fall short of optimal results. Especially structural issues tend to be neglected, such as restructuring, financing or M&A. In such cases, a company is dependent on external assistance, but only rarely this help will be provided adequately in all areas regarding content, time and cost.

Here MMP takes over as the partner you need. Still, we cannot solve all your problems on our own, and yet this shows our greatest strength: due to our many years of experience, we recognize difficulties at a very early stage, analyse them, and, together with our clients, put together a competent team of specialists, thus ensuring the best possible solution to your problems. Your needs are the only factors guiding us when selecting the most proficient experts in their fields. While you continue your day-to-day business, we guarantee a successful implementation of all necessary actions. We rely on our long time practical experienced internal and external specialists, are independent in the selection and are solely focused on the optimal performance in each individual case. While you are successful in your day-to-day business, we secure the optimal implementation using our experience and our knowledge regarding project controlling.

We believe in our approach to not invest in rigid internal resources but to make use of our vast network of external specialists and to put necessary strategies into practice instead of devising lengthy theories in order to give you the individual support your company needs. We are not afraid to say ‘no‘, once problem areas are laying outside of our expertise or we do not consider the ideas of our client as optimal for the company.
